Our store supports hassle-free returns for all regular apparel within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for return, items must be in original resalable condition, completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, scratches or artificial damage. All original tags, brand labels and packaging must remain fully intact. Any item that shows signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For hygiene and retail reasons, intimate garments, swimwear, socks, custom printed clothing and all final clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products cannot be restocked and resold after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all personal reason returns, including size issues, style dissatisfaction or accidental order mistakes. We will cover all return shipping costs if the items arrive with manufacturing flaws, fabric defects, shipping damage or incorrect product styles.

Once our warehouse receives and verifies your returned items, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you need to exchange for another size or color, please contact our customer support in advance to confirm stock availability and follow our official return procedure.
