These Terms of Service govern all user behaviors, order transactions, and platform usage of our apparel retail website. By accessing our website, registering an account, browsing products, and submitting orders, you certify that you are legally eligible to participate in online commercial transactions and agree to abide by all platform rules and applicable consumer laws. Any unauthorized access, malicious operation, or abnormal transaction behavior will be deemed a violation of these Terms.
Users shall provide truthful, accurate and complete registration and delivery information when creating accounts and placing orders. You are solely responsible for all operations conducted under your account, including order placement, payment, message checking and after-sales application. We strongly recommend users to keep their account passwords confidential and log out after use. We are not responsible for account losses caused by user’s improper password management or third-party unauthorized login.
All orders submitted by users are valid transaction intentions after successful payment. We reserve the right to verify user order information, transaction frequency and purchase behavior. Bulk purchasing, malicious hoarding, repeated order submission and fake order transactions are prohibited. Once abnormal order behavior is identified, we have the right to suspend order processing, cancel pending orders and restrict account purchasing permissions without prior notice.
For all clothing products, we retain the right of final interpretation for product matching, style classification and size adaptation. Subjective discomfort, personal style mismatch or inappropriate matching effect do not constitute valid quality problems for return and exchange. We strictly execute standardized shipping and after-sales processes, and all transaction rules are subject to the actual published regulations on the official website.
We protect legitimate user rights and interests, and handle customer feedback and disputes in a fair and transparent manner. Users shall not submit malicious complaints, false disputes or abusive chargeback applications. Any violation of platform rules will result in corresponding service restrictions, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities for economic losses caused by user violations.
